Mr. John Russo was amazing from our first phone call on , he talked with me and answered many of my questions even before I hired him. He explained everything and all my options available to me. Although Mr. Russo can't really bring out big guns (lawyers aren't lobbyists or legistlators), he was very helpful in the process, and very supportive. You don't know me, but I can be a pain to work with (or for). John was able to see through that to a person who is just trying to get a fair shake, and is intimidated by the process. (A 'fair shake' is really not what the financial system is about, and the process can be very intimidating indeed.)

He answers his own phone a lot, something hard to find these days. He answered me once on a Satuday morning (although I don't suggest that you call him then just to test him).
