I recently retained Phillip Maddalena from this law firm and his service was very poor, I filed for a withdrawal 1 week after retaining him...he was very unaware of the courts procedures when they were shutting due to Covid and instead of doing his due diligence of obtaining information and reverting to me with a response, he proceeded to take my money without obtaining proper information. He's very inexperienced and is pretty much more interested in money than actually helping the people who retain him. Please do your research and obtain the proper information before taking a retainer, especially during these uncertain times. I'm out a thousand dollars due to your incompetence and lack of knowledge.
