My career began as a prosecuting attorney with the State Attorney’s Office. I worked hand in hand with police agencies to see criminals were held responsible and the victims had closure. Attending local Bar Association functions, I began meeting attorneys in private practice and was urged to go into civil law where I would have the opportunity to help people other than those who were victims of crime. In 2003, after gaining over ten years of experience in private practice, I decided to open my own office. Most of my cases are referrals from past clients who have had a positive experience with me as their attorney. I am privileged and honored to serve the people of this area and have done so proudly for over 25 years. My staff is kind, caring and professional and we work as a team. I am the only attorney in the office and I personally meet with all clients to make sure they understand the law, the process and the anticipated outcome.
