I don’t understand where these false reviews are coming from for Gary Nelson but I can assure you Gary Nelson handled my case in such a professional manner. He was very responsive and very understanding about the situation I was with my work related injury he helped me secure a settlement so I could put my accident behind me. Gary Nelson is highly recommended he will get the job done. Responsive and quick with filling paper work I spoke to him and in that same week he had paper work going out that very same week. Like I mentioned he is very responsive and he is very friendly and respectful 10/10 highly recommended.

Gary is a terrible lawyer, he will not represent you at all will make you do all the work for him.. then forget every detail of your case sell you short then tell you he did everything he possibly could while doing nothing. If you want to be ripped off and treated like your less than nothing really consider this guy. 1 yr later numerous lies lapse of recollection from him and zero effort. On the verge of bankruptcy and he is just like another court date. Oh and Gary can't wait for your that's not true comment and trying to do credit your lack of skill or actual accountability to anyone. If you want the worst choose Gary!

BE AWRE of this law office receptionist is rude and the attorney Mr. Nelson does not fight for you regarding W/C cases. I spoke to Mr. Nelson about my case over the phone first red flag should’ve been when he said let’s wait and see how my employer responds, second red flag should have been the lack of communication regarding my case 3rd red flag should’ve been the attitude of the receptionist when you ask to speak to the attorney she asks for info then doesn’t even relay it to the attorney so you have repeat your self. They scheduled a QME appt and didn’t provide all the evidence (like the video showing what happened to me). I was told by the QME on the day of my visit that he did not view the video because it wasn’t provided to him. When I called the attorneys office Mr. Nelson was not available so I spoke to rep she didn’t have any idea what was happening with my case and when I asked why the videos was not sent to QME with supporting evidence she said she thought my employers attorney would be providing it. It didn’t make sense as they are not working towards helping me. When I finally did talk to Mr Nelson he made it sound like the videos is no big deal but did schedule another QME at which time he eventually sent the video for that appt. However when I tried to tell the QME about my pain he did not want to hear it. Months pasted by with no updates no communication after getting a low settlement offer in the mail I didn’t respond to that offer and I made the decision to tell Mr Nelson I didn’t want him to represent me and asked if I needed to fill out a form to remove him as my attorney he said no. A week later my employers attorney reached out to discuss closing the W/C claim with the same low offer but they called him since he was listed as my attorney on record it appears I did have to sign a form to have him removed. Mr Nelson called me to discuss the offer I was surprised since the week prior I verbally told him I didn’t want him to represent me and he told me that I didn’t need to sign anything. Mr Nelson told me that the offer they talked to him about “ was a good offer” I told him I was not going to take the offer and reminded him I didn’t want him to represent me on this case. At that time he sent me a form to release him as my attorney (which I don’t understand why he didn’t do that when I first told him that I did not want him to represent me). I signed the release of representative but Mr Nelson now has a lien against me for $2000 +.for doing absolutely nothing on my W/C case. I would NOT recommend this attorneys office to anyone. I’ve seen his reviews and I question how legit they are I know for me I got stuck paying someone that doesn’t fight hard for me and then puts a lien on someone who is already struggling due to an injury cause at work. *********************************** 02/24/2025 - I see the attorney responded indicated my review was false. This just proves how much of a bad person this guy is. I have proof of everything I wrote on my review. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE (ONLY EXCEPTION IS Rosemary - I believe that is her name). It's my experience with this office but it's all accurate. I warn everyone because if this guy takes your case and you find out that he is not doing anything for you, if you chose to get him removed as a rep he will put a lien on any future settlement and it makes it hard to get alternative representation so please be aware.
