After doing a lot of research, I called the two Law Firms I felt could the best fit for our family. I knew we wanted the best Attorney, but also one who cares, and wants to fight against a broken system. First impressions are VERY important and it makes a difference. The moment I spoke with Ms. Frida, I knew that we were in great hands. She was kind and listened to our concerns/fears. She showed she cared before we even made our final decision with the firm. We want a good firm, but we also want people with good heart. We appreciate the time she took to make us feel comfortable and confident with our decision to take the next step. Within one hour we were on the phone with Ms. Deidra and immediately knew that our prayers lead us to the right Law Firm.

Stephanie Colombo is the worst attorney I have ever encountered. The Law Office of Deidra Haynes is extremely difficult to reach once you retain them, and they showed up to court unprepared. I strongly advise against hiring them based on their reviews, as many of them seem to be fake. They should not be licensed in our great state. In response to your reply, no, the Judge did not informed me i was at fault, rather due to your firms neglect I was left without any choice. The Judge clarified that the attorney works on my behalf, and if they made an error, it is my responsibility to take appropriate action. I believe I have the constitutional right to hire a team of attorneys, not just 4 or 5, correct? Your reply, however, only highlights your irresponsibility and failure to protect sensitive personal information by disclosing it publicly. Once again, thank you for breaching our contract. Only proves the world why your firms should not be licensed in Indiana.

Elfrida listened compassionately to my story about how my son had been denied access to his child for years. Then she asked about me, the grandmother. "Have you been able to see your grandson?" She asked. What a beautiful, caring person who understands that we just want to be in our child's and our grandchild's life. Other places I called were dispassionate. Fill out the form. We'll call you. OR the fee is $$$ for a consultation without even bothering to listen so that I could determine if this law firm was a good fit. How refreshing to have what the website claims, what the reviews state, Men, Grandparents are also considered and they will fight for your rights because it's in the child's best interest.
