Called to inquire about arranging a consultation for a fire/insurance issue. The intern? who took my call came off as arrogant and condescending and even started telling about his insurance company and how great they were and things I should’ve done. Halfway through his speech I had already decided I wasn’t going to go with a firm that hires this type of employee and ended the call.
