After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Montevallo, she pursued graduate school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she completed her Master's in Business Administration. She finished law school at the Birmingham School of Law where, during her stay at the school, she was a member of Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society. Attorney Huynh is also a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and the AILA Alabama/Georgia Chapter, and American Bar Association.
