Very bad lawyer. It takes her months to reply to phone calls or emails. She draws out her cases in order to milk her clients for every penny they have. She also had to reschedule court dates A LOT. Causing you to spend even more money and time. She always had some excuse, she used her son being sick more than 6 different times. If her child is sick that's awful, but why take on cases if he requires special attention? She's also not a very pleasant person in general. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Personal injury settlement that took longer than 3 years. Had to be an advocate for myself to force lawyer to negotiate. Lawyer was not the best when it came to communication. I would try to contact her, but wouldn't get a response until I threatened to drop her as a lawyer. Not worth the hassle, especially for the settlement that was received. Overall, will not be using her services again. She didn't make me feel like my case was a priority.

If I could I would give her a 4.5, because there were issues with her not returning my calls and emails. Mrs. Klass recently handled a very bitter divorce case of mine, for which the bitterness was not on my part. I was facing child support, alimony, use and possession of my home, giving her a large portion of my pension, and 401k. With an act of Klass, Mrs Klass batted this case out of the park. This lady is aggressive in the court room, and refuses to be pushed around. I walked out of the court room VICTORIOUS. No alimony, No child support, (the child wasn't mine), Kept my full pension and 401k, and my house goes on the market 30 days after the win. I got this happy outcome because Mrs Klass faught diligently for me, and was very sharp with knowing the law. So Ultimately I am very happy with the outcome.
