As a legal Citizen of the United States of America, I started the process to claim my mother to have her permanent residence (Green card) about a year and a half ago with Attorney Johan Cuellar at The Johann Cuellar Law Firm. One of my family members who knew him from church gave me his information. When I walked into his office, I knew he was the right person who could help me with my mom's case. My mom's case was challenged, she had a few misspells in some of her legal documents, also my mom didn't have a birth certificate, because back then when she was born those documents weren't important, or simple the system was different in little Colombian towns. That being said Attorney Cuellar told me "Don't worry Mrs. Ordonez we will get that green card for your mother". After he submitted the documents to USCIS, the process started and he always kept in touch with us. The communication with his office was very effective, he handled the case in an exceptional, professional, and effective way. After a few extra documents were requested by USCIS, as proof of the legality of the case, my mom's work permit was approved about six months ago, and finally, a few days ago my mom received her Permanent Residence of the United States by mail, no interviews or more documents request by the USCIS.
