The person who took my initial call was very professional and informative. The actual attorney consultation was good. I had a lot of questions but I wasn’t too sure what could be answered prior taking on the case. But the receptionist there was the most unprofessional person I’ve seen in this county. I walked in and she was on the phone with her head down. She made I contact but quickly put her head down. After she hangs up she doesn’t excuse herself or welcomes me. She asks if I had an appointment and first she couldn’t find it and then she did. She hands me a clip board and says to fill out the 2 pages. I hand her back the filled out papers and she walks away. She loudly starts talking about a co worker that called out and that co worker continually calls out among other comments and she was on the hall way with a door closed. That’s how loud she was speaking. After she seats in the desk, I had to ask what’s the next step. She is the person that calls me back about the fee of the attorney. And I explained about the referral I got and she just went on about how they don’t do low income or pro bono. I mean she was so nasty and rude and I see this is a pattern because there is another review about her attitude. She was so unprofessional that as pleasant as the attorney and the lady that answered my original phone call is. I am not proceeding with this law firm and I hope the firm rethinks her training and make changes.

"I recently worked with Attorney Caleb V Smith from The Florida Legal Advocacy Group on a very complex family law case and I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They took the time to thoroughly understand my situation, explained all legal options clearly, and kept me informed throughout the process. Attorney Caleb V Smith and his Legal Assistant Jessica Jacquinot-Vargas was always responsive to my questions and fought hard to achieve a favorable outcome for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal representation”.

I called a week ago to schedule a consult, to create a Special Needs Trust. The woman who answered my call had no problem scheduling the appointment and taking my $50 consultation fee, even though my appointment wasn't going to be for 2 weeks. 🤔 I then get a call a week later informing me that this Law Firm has no attorneys that creates special needs trusts. While I was refunded my $50 consultation fee, I cannot get back that 7 days. 😬😬 Front desk needs better training and legal assistants/paralegals need to be faster with appointment confirmation. I should have been called within 2 days at the latest, and informed that the firm doesn't create Special Needs Trusts. Now I've lost a week and Monday is a holiday. Thanks for that. You guys have been awesome.🙄😧
