BE ON THE LOOKOUT. Keep conversations short. Don’t hesitate to say “get to the point” or “email me about this”. It’ll save you lots of money. Also, he works for you. If you need and agreement or settlement done and you and your soon to be ex-wife already have agreed to something, don’t let Mr. Swango get in your head or “apparently” get in talk with the opposition lawyer to “stir things up” with your wife. IT WILL GET NASTY AND EXPENSIVE. In my opinion and experience, the Firm does NOT do a good job in defending you. My lawyer, Mr. Swango, would call me for a “quick question” which could have been answered over a 2 sentence email, babble over the topic, and after 45min then get back to the topic and end up charging you for the full hour. He turned a friendly and straightforward divorce into a nightmare, charge a tone of money and end up not finalizing the divorce after 8k.

Working with Jason was easy and very personal. He and his law clerk were available 24/7 and did everything above par. I gave him my thoughts and my fears and he smoothed them out and delivered a finished product in record time.
