What an amazing firm! My experience with The Finizio Law Group was professional, empathetic, and the results they delivered surpassed my expectation. I specifically worked with Santino and he was responsive, comforting, and very aggressive as it pertained to the case. I hope I never have to deal with lawyers again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Santino for sure!

I was hit head-on by a drunk driver at the Miami airport and was referred to Paul Finizio of Finizio & Finizio Law in Fort Lauderdale by attorney, Chris M. Salamone (former associate of Scott Rothstein). This was a very bad and negative experience. Paul Finizio not only missed several of my own court appearances, but would also always be on a Bluetooth earpiece and never be able to have a conversation about anything important related to the case. I found this to be very concerning! I found it to be very dad that at one of my own court hearings he sent an attorney who did not even work at his firm, who did not know me, my case, anything about the drunk driver or anything at all, to show up in his place! Additionally, after a very seriois sexual advance by my attorney himself, Paul Finizio, I was so uncomfortable that I had to ask to only deal with a female attorney at the firm- “Beth” Finizio - we all that it would be best going forward- otherwise I would no longer continue with this firm at all. I had even let Paul Finizio’s wife, Barbara, know how I felt in this very uncomfortable position. Finizio & Finizio Law, continued to work on my case as I underwent more than 20 (twenty) surgical procedures to recover from injuries. While I diligently sent the firm and Beth all of my appointments, surgery schedules/details, follow ups, etc, in constant emails with details and images and was told that they were progressing with USAA (my insurance company) and my adjuster, I just learned that for the entire past year (full one year) they have not ONCE been in contact with the adjuster and instead the case had been closed without my or their knowledge! What kind of law firm is this? I had to ask last week if there was some kind of prejudice or bias as to why I had been treated with such gross negligence! So to give this law firm even one star is too much. They deserve NEGATIVE stars and two thumbs down. There should be a full investigation as to whether this is even legal (to lie to a client for an entire year like this). Had I not called USAA, my insurance company, myself, no one, not even Paul Finizio or Finizio & Finizio Law, would have known that my case had been closed. I had to reopen my case MYSELF! I am not even a lawyer! I will be calling the Florida Bar as soon as I get all my documents. This is unreal. Beware, beware, beware!!!

Santino Finizio is the best personal injury lawyer i have ever seen. He and his staff, especially Sophie are extremely skilled in terms of service, attention to detail, and providing a phenomenal overall experience. I got hurt from a fall and I had no health insurance. It took days for the full extent of my injuries to register- the minor injury hurt more than the serious injury for about a week and that downtime alone was very damaging to the integrity of my situation. I was downtrodden before I spoke with Santino Finizio, in fact all the stories I had heard about lawyers in this field were not promising. I was not sure I even had a case. When we hung up after the first call I felt safe, I felt secure, and I had confidence for the first time since the injury that my cases was being assessed correctly. He explained things so I’d have realistic expectations but I was blown out of the water with the final results. My entire experience from start to finish was superb. The client attention, service, and communication allowed me to sleep at night. Santino is a diamond in the rough when it comes to good attorneys and his final results left me absolutely speechless. I strongly recommend calling Santino asap.

I have had the good fortune of being referred to The Finizio Law Group by a friend of mine living in FL. I am a NJ resident, and I have been dealing with a party in FL. I had been struggling with a personal injury for nearly 4 yrs. Part of that time, with an attorney who just couldn't get anywhere. I just want to say that My lawyer Elizabeth Finizio is the greatest attorney. I went to her office yesterday because Elizabeth had set up something for me to pick up and she was out saving people which is what she does, and I just want to say the motto "We treat you like family" is so true I have finished two cases with Mrs. Finizio and she won them both. I have a protection around me with The Finizio law firm. No matter what I get myself into or what other people get me into they are right there to save me. How fortunate I am.
