Peter is the man!! He's been fighting a case for me now for a little over a year and we finally got an settlement I couldn't be happier with how professional and easy it was Peter kept me informed with everything. Would 10/10 recommend and return for future problems.

Estate / Probate: I spent all of 2022 working with Attorney Brian Barrington, Esq. on a very painful process of probate and estate evaluation. Without airing all of my family's dirty laundry, my family had left no will or estate plan in place for when they passed away leaving me nowhere to start when my parents passed away. To make matters worse, it was not a straight forward process as multiple properties were involved and they were sole proprietors. We had to evaluate if it was worth opening probate in the first place, let alone navigating the painful process of probate (contacting other lawyers, dealing with multiple banks that own the multiple properties, dealing with any debt that stepped forward) on top of dealing with the loss of my family was just an overwhelming process I wanted almost nothing to do with. Brian reassured me of the process and options we had. I was constantly anxious at the thought of running the estate as I weighed my options and ultimately decided to throw Brian into the Captains wheel while I cried below deck, unable to face the mess myself. Along the year I only received a few short but to the point emails about any 'large' developments or if he needed signatures. I was so grateful I wasn't bombarded by questions, decisions, or weekly updates, because emotionally I couldn't handle more and Brian understood that. Brian simply did everything and allowed me to sleep at night without worrying who was going to knock on my door or what lawyer firm was going to reach out to me next (which was the case already, prior to Brian). This whole experience brought me peace of mind that I tried to settle matters cleanly and to get all the third parties to stop contacting me. I wanted to move on with my life without being reminded my parents are gone and things were left messy. Today I feel relieved that the estate issues and questions are behind me, and I'm grateful Brian was at the helm. I would happily recommend him for estate and probate navigation if you are lost or overwhelmed at the process.

Peter, Greg and Karen took excellent care of my Husband and I; and our future planning needs. Peter was especially kind and helped me place a call to gather crucial information I needed regarding a recent auto accident, which was unrelated to our planning needs.

I do not appreciate being lied to, and that is all that happened to me at this firm. I was repeatedly told by a female assistant that "they would know more next month, and to call back." When I called back, there would still be "no new information, and I would need to call back." I ended up talking to a lawyer friend of mine who assured me that all of the questions I was asking would already have answers and that they were pulling my chain. You can bet that all of these calls were charged to my father's estate. I even had the lawyer tell me things that she later recanted and said "she would have never have said that." After this point, the lawyer would no longer answer my questions and I sent multiple emails asking for information. She would not answer me. I had to threaten legal action before I received more information. During this time, multiple members of my family moved, so we would inform the lawyer's assistant about our changes of address. She would never get the addresses right. I would not receive information just because after four times of calling to change my address, it would still be filed wrong. This is utter incompetence. The only reason I got some information was because my mailman figured out who was trying to be reached. You all need to get your house in order.

I wish I could give zero stars. “Great” until you pay your retainer, then don’t anticipate hearing from them until an hour prior to when they’re needed. Very uneducated staff. Every attorney has been reported to the Bar. Highly recommended to look elsewhere. What goes on here is sickening.
