Unresponsive, unaccountable, and unethical. We retained Dionne and from the beginning he was late to or a no-show for our appointment times. Mariah set appointments and the rest of the office staff threw her under the bus as if she were the reason the attorney couldn’t follow through. My husband literally had to drive to the office because our emails and phone calls were unanswered. Eventually Dionne text us “concerned” we were trying to reach him, only to tell us he “didn’t want to take the case in the first place”. And, absent of us sending him $5,000 for a restraining order we ended up defending ourselves and prevailing, he couldn’t do anything for us.
