I asked Mr. Carl 3 questions that were not easy to answer. My questions pointed to success rate, refile in case of failure and what happens to the fees I have paid in case of failure. The response I received was very honest! I was impressed with the honesty of Mr. Carl in answering my questions and not sugar coating his answers. Although for a quick second I felt his answer was too harsh, because he told me there is a possibility of failure in any immigration case, but then I realized that is what I would want in my attorney, to tell me the truth from the beginning and to set my expectations so I know where I stand with my case.
