I contacted several business bankruptcy attorneys, a few never returned my calls. One did (Benenati Law) and had a quick 15 minute meeting and quoted me a price to take my case. I decided to call one more attorney and he was terribly rude. He said I wouldn’t be able to file a chapter 7 business bankruptcy and that I would be personally responsible for paying back my debtors. I told him that I had spoken to Benenati Law offices a day prior and he said that they were good but had no clue why they would take my case.
