Would not recommend Bellinger law if you’re a single father and trying to get 50-50 or more. I asked him to file a petition form to change my daughter’s last name. He said he would do it and then months later he said that something happened in the system so it didn’t go through and I got a different lawyer now and he said that he never filed it. And any agreements that The other party files he wants you to sign without any concerns, even though there are words in the agreement that screws my party over.

Very quick to cash the check, but Mr Bellinger then missed the next 3 court appearances with only completely cliche last minute excuses! One of the times his office said they didn’t even realize he was out sick….ooops! He recommended a horrible plea deal, did not get a warrant overturned as he’d initially promised, and even refused phone calls from his client in jail! Navigating a difficult legal struggle against an ex spouse is difficult enough already, but I can promise you any Mickey Mouse lawyer out there would be a better choice than trusting to do business in this office.
