Very quick to cash the check, but Mr Bellinger then missed the next 3 court appearances with only completely cliche last minute excuses! One of the times his office said they didn’t even realize he was out sick….ooops! He recommended a horrible plea deal, did not get a warrant overturned as he’d initially promised, and even refused phone calls from his client in jail! Navigating a difficult legal struggle against an ex spouse is difficult enough already, but I can promise you any Mickey Mouse lawyer out there would be a better choice than trusting to do business in this office.

I AM FROM OHIO AND TOOK APLEA DEAL WHERE BELLINGER PROMISED TO GOD HE COULD GET MY HOUSE ARREST TRANSFERED TO OHIO WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I TOOK A PLEA DEAL ON A 13 YEAR OLD CASE. THEY DONT EVEN TRANFER IT AT ALL AND BECAUSE I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS I COULDN'T JUST LEAVE MY BRAND NEW COMPANY WITH NO BOSS OR MAIN WORKER. I HAD TO TURN MYSELF IN AND SPEND TIME IN JAIL AND NOW I HAVE TO RETAIN ANOTHER LAWYER TO TRY AND NOT DO THE YEAR IN JAIL NOW HANGING OVER MY HEAD BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO THE HOUSE ARREST.
