I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to do this one. My husband was involved in a horrific accident caused by another driver. All his ribs were cracked, and he had a broken ankle among other things. We decided to hire a lawyer because we didn’t know where to start on the settlement of our case. I called Rick Bascom and he agreed to meet with us. He and his wife Stacey, came to our house the next day because my husband couldn’t get out of bed, and discussed in great detail what would happen if we hired him. He instantly put us at ease and was very compassionate to our situation. We hired him on the spot. Rick checked in with us regularly for the next three months as my husband was getting treatment for his injuries. Once treatment was complete Rick started negotiations on our settlement. He kept us informed about every detail of the negotiations. I would recommend Rick Bascom to anyone who has a personal injury situation. I was speeding through Van Buren and I had a great reason to be doing so. I still received a ticket. However, these awesome people At the last minute got a warrant lifted within 24 hours and got it dropped to a defective equipment. Because of this, I will feel like I can just speed around everywhere. They made it so easy to get it dropped just kidding. I will call On them day or night heck they did such a good job. I’m just gonna see if I can get more trouble. See if they can get me out of it.
