If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been trying to get a medical bill paid since OCTOBER of 2023. The person of contact Bianca has told me several times that the check would be sent to the appropriate facility. Here it is FEBRUARY of 2024 and the medical bill is still not paid..Meanwhile I am having to make payments on that bill to keep it from going to collections. I have been told several times that I would get a follow up call regarding this matter and that has not happened. I called this morning to speak directly to the attorney and that did not happen I was only able to speak to Bianca who has not been helpful during the past months of getting this resolved!! I hope that someone reaches out to me to get this resolved…this has been a disappointing experience for me.
