The scam people and they are the worst firm you can do business with, they don’t care about their customers, their lawyers are very unprofessional and not knowledgeable, they are always last minute googling what they need to respond in regards of your immigration matters. Customer service is horrible and they have scammed people with their money stealing their money and not doing anything about their case. Attorneys leave the firm and establish their own because bad internal politics. They put low educated professionals to work for them in the different offices and Mexico to save a buck for expansion. Their interested is not to help their clients but to collect money. Horrible internal culture, they do not care about their employees and put people in charge that should not be making decisions. Run away from this place!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! After 7 months our case has not even took a step forward!!! I set appointments and the attorney is either not there, late, or will return my call and I never get a call back! The ladies who answer the phones seem almost clueless... it has been nothing but a pain dealing with this office! They took our money and have not CARED AT ALL ABOUT OUR CASE!
