This is my opinion: Tad is a terrible attorney. I tried to use him for a fairly simple case a few years ago. He’s preoccupied with other things, and his knowledge of the law is extremely limited. He won’t stay in contact and won’t return phone calls. He will likely give you incorrect information. He’s an ambulance chaser. You will do better picking any other attorney.

Talked my friend into pleading guilty when he didn't do it. My friend was accused of shooting at a deer from the road. He didn't even have a gun in his truck. That would be real difficult to beat wouldn't it? He told him that it was going to cost a lot more if he wanted to fight the charge. All he had to do was point out to the prosecutor that he didn't have a gun in his truck and it would have been dropped. My friend was tired of making appearances over something so stupid.

Well made several phone calls about a case that he picked up from another attorney which I Signed the contract with and paid. I had No knowledge of another attorney had somehow picked up my case.. And have been asked to participate in mandatory classes for alcohol and drugs And have been asked to participate in mandatory classes for alcohol and drugs

I feel that Tad Morlan and associates need some refresher courses in communication and not just the brush off. I have never been treated with such disrespect from any attorney, ever! I will not give Tad Morlan's Law Practice a very high rating, he must have brought in his office personnel from the farm too. Tad's organization and knowledge of the injury law politics is below standards. 6 Paralegals this whole time for nothing...they are a joke. Probably should nominate them for the Mason's empty jester chairs, should be quite the show...that law office is a joke!
