I decided to seek representation, I called T. Joshua Ritz and Associates, and Wilshire Law Group. I initially chose Wilshire Law Group to represent me. Mr. Ritz called after learning I chose another law firm to represent me, to basically convince me to have his law firm represent me. After the conversation with Mr. Ritz I was convinced I needed to hire his law firm to represent me. Mr. Ritz emailed me what I needed to say in order to terminate my representation with Wilshire Law Group. Mr. Ritz and I had a few conversations about my case, he was thorough in explaining the timeline of the lawsuit and what to expect, after that I had to drive to his office in Sherman Oaks (I’m in San Diego) to provided him with evidence pertaining to the lawsuit. I was told that my lawsuit then was going to be filed. I waited to hear from him for 2 months thinking it was part of the expected process, and I received basically the same letter that he helped me write to Wilshire Law Group, stating he was no longer representing me because he couldn’t reach me. Wow! He was able to reach me just fine when he no longer wanted to represent me. I contacted his office twice since then for further explanation and he has not returned my calls. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!

I would recommend him and his associates to anyone, because I did not have to pay a dime until after my case was resolved. He always cared, and kept me in the loop while dealing with my case.
