Susan was a godsend for my issue and saved me thousands of dollars. I had done my due diligence and gathered all of the important docs, emails, etc. for my situation. The nature of my issue was one that is not profitable for a lawyer, and so 95% of attorneys I reached out to flat out told me they wouldn’t help me, 4% said they would help but wanted to charge me at least $700 more than Susan did, and all refused to look at any of the documents I had gathered or even meet with me in person. Susan invited me to her office on a Saturday due to the time-sensitivity of my situation, and looked over every single thing I had gathered. She understood that what was being done to me was wrong and I cried in her office when she told me she would help me. Her knowledge in both civil and criminal law is a definite super power for her clients. She was kind and understanding, but also very clear about what was to be expected. In the end, she dug up even more information that I had overlooked and saved me from over $6,000 in fees from a crooked company. Also, she was incredibly fair and understanding with her fee, and could have charged me so much more but instead was compassionate to my situation! I may get an opportunity to use her partner for my situation who is the specialist in my scenario but was out on vacation.
