I strongly advise against using this immigration attorney office. Once you sign the contract, it becomes nearly impossible to get in touch with your attorney, David. Despite multiple attempts to schedule follow-up appointments, the receptionist, Atseri, repeatedly claimed she couldn’t arrange anything—while David still accepts new clients. This makes it clear they prioritize getting new business over actually supporting existing clients. I started my case over two years ago, and due to a significant error by Jaye, my case has been delayed by an additional six months. This office takes on far more cases than it can handle, leading to constant miscommunication, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. You’ll be left in the dark, unable to reach your attorney, and forced to deal with unhelpful staff who only offer excuses. If you value your time, peace of mind, and want reliable, competent service, avoid this office at all costs. You’ll only find frustration, empty promises, and wasted time.
