He provides clarity throughout the process and helps you really understand the legal documents. I did not want to litigate my case and opted to settle instead despite the low ball settlement offer. Josh perservered and was able to get the offer increased. Additionally, due to the low offer, Josh reduced his fee to ensure there was enough for coverage of my medical bills and that I could pocket some money.
