Our case was assigned to an associate attorney, Caitlyn Clary. She was unprofessional and incompetent. We tried to contact Stephanie Flynn twice and she never responded. This firm will deplete your escrow fund with no legal results. We terminated our legal representation with this firm. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend NOT hiring this law firm.

My family hired Stephanie Flynn Law Firm to represent us in a Probate case. Associate Counsel Caitlyn Clary was assigned to our case. Caitlyn Clary had no clue what she was doing in our case. Even worse than Caitlyn Clary's incompetence, was the fact that there was no oversight by Stephanie Flynn. It became apparent that Caitlyn Clary was not about providing the best legal representation possible to her client, but instead making sure she made her billable-hours quota each month. This was never more apparent then when we fired the law firm on 10/31/2023. Caitlyn Clary and Sandy Mikesh, CFO, managed to charge our Escrow account an additional $950 from 11/01-08/2023. Nine months and $6,000 later, we are no farther along in our case than the day we hired Stephanie Flynn Law. I would not hire Stephanie Flynn Law to contest a parking ticket.

I was bilked out of thousands and received little to no communication. My case was passed to an associate who explained that she’d have to re-bill me for going over paperwork that they already had, that they asked for in their initial application and that the initial attorney had billed for already. So unethical! When communicated with, it was by text. When I said I was GenX and didn’t like text, and would rather a phone call instead, she didn’t respond at all. I saw the woman once for about 10 minutes. Long enough to notice a “mischief managed” tattoo. I’ll say!! Never laid eyes on her before or after. Thousands of dollars for premade, fill in the blank word documents. Taylor Gordon was my Ex’s attorney. Really did a number on me. Use her office. It’s right below these jokers.

I paid almost 3k and the only thing that was ever done was a few motions were filed. It seemed like the staff didn't communicate with each other and the entire time I was always left confused. The one court hearing we had via zoom my attorney rarely spoke and did not defend me at all. When I would not sign a ridiculous fee agreement to allow the firm to replenish an "open" credit card of mine every time my balance dropped below $3400 on top of paying $1000 a month. Attorney Kristin then filed a motion to withdraw and didn't give me the zoom meeting ID until after the hearing. I missed it and had to call the courts and the the judge retracted and denied her motion. In less than 6 weeks the firm dropped my case and kept my money and is now telling me I still owe a balance of $2419!!! Worse experience I've ever had with a law firm. StephanieFlynn should pay close attention to her colleagues because you can't continue to do business like this and expect consumers to accept horrible service. This guardianship case was very important to me and you could careless and made it clear it was just about the money. Shame on you.

CLIENTS BEWARE!! This place is a scam! They took advantage of my elderly grandmother and helped her create a document that was wrong which will now cost her (and I) THOUSANDS of dollars and months and months of time! They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. No one calls you back and are unwilling to help when told their document they created AND notarized was wrong! If I could give 0 stars I would.
