Fred Sosinsky is nothing short of a miracle worker -- and lawyer. My son was arrested by the FBI and accused of a very serious federal crime down in North Carolina, a place neither he nor I had ever been. Although the local attorneys we hired were fine lawyers and good guys and did the best they could with a difficult situation, they did not have a full understanding of the role that my son's severe undiagnosed mental illness and developmental disability played in what happened.
