I don’t know how they have 4.5 stars. As several low reviews have mentioned, I requested a callback and never heard back from anyone. I don’t think it’s the paralegal’s fault because the lady I spoke with over the phone was very nice. Anyways, I’m glad I didn’t get caught up using this law firm. Communication is poorly.

The young paralegal who helped my nephew a few months ago was amazing and always had a positive attitude. He enjoyed getting to work with her on his case. However, I am leaving 2 stars just because of her. If it were solely based on my attorney Mr. Bailey the review would be 1 star. Whenever I would call to try and speak with him he was never available, or would tell the young lady he’d give a call back. The call back never came. Every time I’d call the nice young lady would help me as best as she could but I was never actually allowed to talk to the attorney I hired as he was always busy or never there. I would not recommend Mr. Bailey as an attorney for his unprofessionalism.
