Most AWFUL experience! They contacted us about a lemon law claim for our Range Rover Hybrid which felt like perfect timing as we'd been ready to start looking for a firm, and two months into the process they dropped our case while our car was in the shop for yet another EV issue (the same one for the 4th time!). If that doesn't qualify as a lemon then I don't know what does. The electrical is mis-wired, the transmission jumps - it's been in the shop cumulatively for over a month and even the dealership has escalated it to their engineering team. The company was incredibly disorganized, asking us to submit the same service records multiple times, then when they dropped our case said it was because they only had 4 pages of records when we had submitted dozens. They frequently called the wrong phone number on our account, and made mistake after mistake. So disappointed with the time we wasted with this bogus company!
