I was fortunate enough to work with Jacqueline and she is amazing. She looks out for everything. My situation wasn’t from miss use, but just having a lot of stuff dropped in my lap. This has been the worst choice we ever made. We have had legal documents lost, we have been working on our bankruptcy for a year now, and it has been continued again, we have had to deal with 5 different people, inaccurate pricing and information given and there has been no consistency throughout this process. We do NOT recommend this practice to anyone else. Having to make a decision to file bankruptcy is already a difficult decision, it shouldn't be made worse by people hired and paid a few thousand dollars to complete. Not satisfied at all.
