I had called for information regarding a recent fall I had, that resulted in a broken back, to see if I possibly had a case. I read reviews of people stating how caring and compassionate the people are here, and my personal experience was the complete opposite. I'm sure they receive numerous inquiries every single day, but that shouldn't matter. Each potential customer should be treated the same. The woman I spoke to was rude, very short with her responses, and essentially ended the call with "accidents happen"... while I do agree with that statement, the way my call was handled was not very professional, in my opinion. I will seek advice elsewhere.
