Communication, attention to detail, and professionalism are not their priority. Their paralegals are most concerned with securing appointments at $150 each than following up on open cases. They made mistakes on paperwork, never follow up, and clearly do not take notes. Skip them.

I do not recommend it because I was not well advised in my interview of the embassy in Brazil, I was not informed about presenting a documentation of my fiancé. The office still wants to charge to fix something they didn't tell us about. Because of this my visa this pending because needed the original documentation.

Worst service be aware attention from this they took your money I paid about $2250 , first time iPad $600 few weeks liter i call to see if any proses they said we need you to pay $800 to star filing citizenship for my mother and they never send the application to the uscis and few months liter after my mother she travel back home when she come back we call the office to see where the case has reached they said we still need more money from you it’s $850 to start processing and to filing the form to uscis and I paid that still same after one year never send any thing to immigration I get upset and I ask to cancel and to get my money back they said we can’t give you the money back because it’s fees for filling the form and from here and there I get the form and the documents from them but never ever get the money back it’s shame of you stolen money, be careful !!!!!

Husband had a consult that he paid for. Not only did the attorney answer 0 questions...he told him to leave after 30 minutes. This firm has no business "helping" with immigration cases...as they, clearly, don't like immigrants.
