Garbage lawyers. It doesn’t matter about their tenure. They can’t fight a simple hit and run case and my dad got such a low amount before there cut on the settlement. Trash. I would never recommend them. Till this day, he has so much pain on his neck and shoulders and his cut was less than 3k. Complete useless and out of college lawyers. I have proof to post pics to show they didn’t do much.

I called this office to confirm information about a client because they represent my client. They never asked me the client name.I spoke with Madeline she was rude and she did not like my accent..which is not related to the request I was trying to get.I asked to confirm the patient information but she said she can’t release information.This is daily routine for medical providers.She transferred the call with the attorney Siben another unprofessional person.He stated they don’t confirm disclose or release information for security..I explained to him I will contact the client regarding this issue . He stared to scream at me on the phone, said I don’t respect him.Completely inappropriate.Please note how you will be treated here.

Nobody wants to be in a situation were a lawyer is needed, but after I was hit by a car, I needed help navigating the situation. The staff is efficient, professional and cheery. Special shoutout to Jonathan R., who patiently weathered the suspicious remonstrances pouring out of my freshly concussed head, and who was able to explain the situation and prognosis in a way I could understand. I was kept updated as each stage of the process unfolded. When a wrinkle appeared, such as an out of state doctor whose inattention to detail threatened our settlement, we were promptly briefed and the situation resolved in our favor in a short amount of time. I am pleasantly surprised with the value and quality of their legal services.

Very unprofessional. They never call you to give you any updates. I always had to chase them down for info and everytime I got someone on the phone they never knew what was going on they would always say they will call me back and never did. I’m waiting for my check to get cut currently and just got off the phone with Mark Rutner who is a very unprofessional person. I was explaining to him my concerns about my experience with the office and he hung up on me. Just the type of representation I was looking to hire. NOT! I’m not getting into too much detail about my situation and experience however I will say def don’t use this office because they are not looking out for your best interest. If I wasn’t in too deep with this dragged out case with this office I definitely would have fired this attorneys office and hired a new one!! It’s 3 years since my accident and I’m STILL waiting for this office to settle my “simple” case. They have completely dropped the ball.
