Thank you so much, you covered everything so thoroughly in such great detail, history of section 8, why it was created in the first place, requirements and most importantly how to obtain section 8 and what to do to follow up especially with follow- up regarding mail received from Section 8. And also the fact that even though section 8 is currently closed it doesn’t mean that a person cannot obtain it. I always say information is the most valuable thing.
