I worked with Edward Shamy for 4 times. 4th time I had disastrous experience. His paralegal retired and now is struggling to stick one with no experience and no customer service. I had to mentally struggle with to close home with him. 1- Sending email that attorney review is concluded and calling again after a day and apologizing that he made a mistake 2- paralegal did not understand how loan works . For example she is enforcing future law about realtors that's coming in months as current law. Which was so much stressful to deal with. 3- Customer service was very good and to point they are very rude in answering basic phone calls. I could blame post covid impact but still basic common response.

My lawyer James Shammy is truly the best and the coolest smart guy and he don't play any games go in like a BAD Dog . Now there is a secretary there that seat in the front office by the window who has no customer service just mean as he'll she is the night mare is this place

Not good!. Didnt show up on court date, no communication, over charges for basically doing nothing. The next court date he sent another lawyer whom I have never met. This guy didnt fight for me. Dont hire anyone from Shamy law firm!
