I want everyone who’s thinking about hiring this guy are this law firm be extra careful, I dealt with Chris Swarthz himself and he was by far the worse lawyer I have ever hired are dealt with ! He isn’t transparent, he hates to be asked questions he’s hired to work for you but he makes as if you work for him the process was very difficult for me and my family to deal with! I would get angry when I asked him questions about my case and to say he’s a lawyer he takes things personal I got the impression he wants you to just shut up and deal with whatever he tells you one time I asked him for advice because hired him to consul me but he replied I don’t no I’m not a doctor I tought myself what good are you why are you even getting paid he did absolutely nothing special then when we was waiting on our check it took forever so I reach out to the insurance company myself to see what was going on and then they finally responded to him and that showed me he wasn’t reaching out on our behalf but he called me with a update like he did something lol and to add insult I was communicating with him but he had someone else handling our case whom we new nothing about so it made it hard to find out what’s was going on because he would know anything and also he made sure he got if not exactly but real close to the same amount of money we got back as a family which was weird because he did absolutely nothing to get paid I hired him for 2 cases because I was in a accident in back to back weeks one with my family and one by myself and low and behold I would continuously asked him about the second case and he would never give me a direct answer about it but once me and my family got finished with therapy I found out from the therapist but not him but the therapist he drop himself from the second case he wasn’t even man enough to make me aware of it so I had to hire a another lawyer to take the case and it was a whole situation getting my doctors records because of his actions so I repeat if you want information, transparency, and some one who will be honest and do what’s best for you and your case this isn’t a law firm I would choose in my opinion the experience was horrible dealing with this law firm we did get paid but it was the minimum! Be careful dealing with this guy are his law firm God bless I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through it was awful dealing with this guy
