My Aaron Schenk encounter was the biggest sham I ever paid for ( thousands). When I called the firm Aaron was understanding and charming. After explaining my situation to him . He says he don’t feel comfortable saying I will be incarcerated after all this. When I seen him at a mockery of a plea deal hearing that I won’t take, after the proceeding I asked him does he still feel uncomfortable saying I’d be incarcerated and he responds with “ I never said that “. On another occasion I spoke with him before court and asked what’s the plan, defense strategy is because he’s never discussed one with me 4 months into the court process. He retorts with noticeable annoyance on his face, due to not getting familiar with my case and says “well what do you want me to do” almost challengingly. I told him I hired him to tell me what to do and then he switches his attitude to acting as if he was on my side like I paid him to be. He didn’t file any motion I asked him of him, or anny really that wasn’t required and kept stalling me on sending me my discovery until it was pre trial and too late. Idk how he’s able to treat people like that and get away with it. After Aaron had his license to practice law suspended for a few weeks he never even made me aware when he was reinstated, at this point I wrote it off as typical Schenk-shananagins. Either way after being treated like a debt collector for months, it was painful but I had to let him go even though I spent the last of my money on this guy. It was a tough decision because the stakes are high in my criminal case and I was hoping Aaron Schenk would show up to bat for me and demonstrate the magic that some reviewers said about him. TBH, I believe with all my heart he was trying to trade me to the DA. Not even the public defenders keep me in the dark like Aaron did. I could go on forever about Aaron cutting me off when trying to make sure he understood my sides and say things like you dont have to sell me, I want to help. Just to rush me out of his office . Schenk even hurled false accusations at me in response to my question to him of how can we better work together and keep me in the loop. He claimed in response to my question that I wrote him a bad review with a pseudonym and would never even reference the review to me. That one threw me for a loop. Not only was his accusations not true but his response was childish or unprofessional to say the least. That’s when I knew I was just a mark for a this conn artist to hit. The messed up part is I still have this court case to deal with and retaining and paying Aaron left me broke and facing some serious time. Deal with this sham left me bewildered and robbed to say the least. Bernie made off again, and I’m s.o.l smh.

If I could give 1000 stars I would. This law firm is the best of the best and made this extremely stressful process so much easier. Every phone call and message put me at ease and my daughter will finally be with me after 8 years. I would and will recommend Aaron Schenk to anyone and everyone. Edit to add: Any low reviews saying this law firm does not fight are incorrect. Yes, sometime you have to send more than one message but rarely did I not get a response back within 24 hours. Attorney Schenk is a sought out lawyer, as I said, the best of the best, and his office works incredibly hard to fight for their clients.

Aaron Schenk and him team of Maureen and Angie do a wonderful job! Communication was amazing, scheduling was timely and professionalism with a smile is top notch! Angie does a great job communicating court dates or returning calls in regards to scheduling phone appointments. And Maureen is so helpful answering any intermediate questions or helping guide you along the way. Attorney Schenk is timely and very thorough throughout the entire process. He shows up, fights facts vs speculation and stands up for his clients in court. As long as you are working to improve your chances in life, Aaron and his team will stand besides you to help you and your family get the best possible outcome! I am and was very thankful to have Aaron as my attorney. To me sometimes it did seem like he really wasn't trying to do a whole lot for me. However, you cannot always rush things because you are antsy. You have to believe in your lawyer and know he had a better idea in mind than you do. Never try to rush your lawyer because in the end they know what's best. At least that was the case with Aaron and I. He could have resigned after reading a letter from me pretty much saying he wasn't doing his job. I was totally wrong and even after he read my poor words, he came to court and still represented me to the best of his ability. He will actually see the person he meets and he will pay attention to the person he represents and if he didn't see that I changed and told the court about how he saw me as still just growing up I don't think I'd be where I am right now. With my kids. Thank you Aaron and I apologize if my words don't make total sense on this review but the big picture is you did your job and you represented me very well.

I needed help, quickly, with a matter concerning my minor child and Aaron Schenk was more than helpful. He made special arrangements to meet with me within my schedule as a single mother and helped me get the response I needed from the court.
