Just wants easy car wreck cases with insurance companies involved. Couldn’t show a docket number of any “tough” cases involving big box stores, casinos, etc. Right wingers like him have worked to limit plaintiffs ability to recover, whether workers comp, or PI. Took no position on UBERs attempt to limit legal fees. Tough cases might take expensive expert witnesses. A marketer. Attorneys should not be allowed to advertise. That money should go to victims, not TV, radio, or billboard ads.
