Been calling since September 11th regarding my case to see if anyone from this office was available to take it. The first two calls, I was told that I should get a call in 2-3 days to let me know if the lawyer could take my case. I waited patiently for a call back and they never did call me back. I called again today and the person on the phone told me that the lawyer was not accepting new clients at the moment. If that is truly the case, the office could have notified me sooner so I could try to seek help elsewhere.
