Called the offices on Monday (10/21/24) to discuss options for a divorce. I provided my information to the person who answered the main phone#. She told me that a paralegal for Att'y Phinny would call me back to discuss my case in 24 hours. It's now Friday 10/25 with no call back. I will look elsewhere for legal representation.

I chose Russman law offices as he had a high peers rating.I decided to use him when his reviews by other attorneys said,"He was so willing to offer help an knowledge even if it didn't benefit himself. " So my case required a 65 hundred dollar fee which was higher than other attorneys but you get what you pay for. After retaining Ryan my case in a few days went up to Superior court which isn't his problem or mine.He tried to find my case couldn't an didn't even get the discovery.Im thinking he spent a few hrs if this to figure out that it was moved to higher court.Most likely was his paralegal anyways who was given the task to find out my case info.The fee I was told to carry on would increase an the driving offense would be combined with the felony now for a Total of 10k. I said that was more than I figured an couldn't afford it.So we parted ways an he said we would have some of are fee returned. Which he felt was worth 500.00. I think that is rather unprofessional as he did nothing other than make a phone call or his paralegal did. For someone that was rated so highly by other attorneys you would if thought as case was moved an he didn't have to do anything other than find out my case was moved that someone who isn't struggling in life would of maybe take 200 I thought.It just goes to show how entitled people feel today. I wouldn't recommend Ryan Russman because of this.Maybe he is a great attorney but to under the circumstances take 500 for just finding out my case had moved to a higher court an taking 500 I think that was a rather high fee seeing how he prolly spent no time himself on the case.Also the fact that the case changed from are initial conversation an agreement. So if you decide to use Ryan Russman be prepared to have 500 taken on a similar incident for sure without finding out anything about your case except a court level change.

DUI case dismissed.... and I refused the breathalyzer! A tremendous thank you to Attorney Russman and his very responsive team. He kept me informed from day 1 as to next steps and returned my calls same day, which really helped to calm my nerves. I'd give 10 stars if I could for his professionalism. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome!

If you have a dui or any motor vehicle case pending against you I highly recommend attorney Ryan Russman. I had a conduct after an accident case against me that was dismissed before I even had to go to court thanks to attorney Russman. He did an excellent job.
