I had a wonderful experience with Lisa M. Neeley with helping me and my dad plan his estate. Lisa came to our rescue after my dad had his stroke and had little of his estate planning completed. She helped us also find and elder advocate who helped guide me through his rehab. She set up wills, trusts and caregiver agreements. She went above and beyond in her duties. She loves what she does and it shows. This firm is lucky to have her!

Recently we death in the family. I worked with attorney Robert Vigola. It was a very uncomfortable experience. His supervisor, Dana Lewis was extremely disrespectful. Ultimately, ended up retaining a new firm. Do not use this firm until they clean house of these 2 employees.

I recently visited the law firm. I was completely turned off by Dana Lewis. Rather rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I found out that she is in charge of the estate planning team. I ultimately decided to do air my business to another firm that made me feel welcome.

There is a reason they disabled reviews on Facebook and they are NOT ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau. Overall a negative experience. There are many honest and friendly people here, unfortunately most of them are not in the position to help. -------------------------------------------- My father recently passed away. He retained this firm to carry out his final wishes and handle his estate. Robert A Vigola of this firm made my recently widowed and elderly mother extremely uncomfortable. First he said that he would come out to her location to go over the paperwork. Then he changed his mind, refusing to come out and asked her to travel 40 miles to Boston. She told him she could not make that trip. He then asked her to travel even further to another location. She again informed him she can not make it. Then he started inquiring about other relatives. He asked that her brother inlaw (who is 89 years old and needed assistance traveling to the funeral) travel from his home on the other end of the state, bring her to the city, wait, bring her home, and then drive back to the other end of the state, for a total of 189 miles. Robert A Vigola then inquired about other distance second cousins through marriage. After my mother told him for the 5th time that she can not make the journey, He accused her of refusing to proceed. When it was HE who originally promised my now deceased father and elderly mother that he would travel to them. He also refused to allow me, as the son of the deceased to attend. My mother spent all day crying over the situation. This guy does not know how to talk to people. Extremely rude, arrogant, pushy, and lacks all empathy. If my father were alive he would be disgusted. A few years ago when he wanted to make some changes to his estate plan he put it off for over a year because he did not want to travel to Boston and deal with this guy. Instead he dealt with Jared Bishop of this firm, a very pleasant experience. My mother begged this firm to see him instead but has not received an official response. The last call she got left things completely unresolved with no date or appointment. Robert A Vigola has no business practicing estate law, and should use his cut throat unapologetic attitude to be an insurance lawyer. I would NOT recommend Robert A Vigola. Situation is still unresolved. I will update my review here upon new developments. UPDATE: I went to the office this morning to speak with someone about the situation. They were rather surprised how I got past security and made it to their office. The front desk was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They gave me the number for the managing partner, John McGivney. He called me promptly and offered to speak with the Attorney and to possibly send his supervisor Dana Lewis or to resolve the situation. Dana Lewis called me a few hours later. She stated that she works closely with Robert Vigola so they were going to drop us as clients. She told my mother to "Deal with it". When my mother called her out on her unprofessionalism she did offer an insincere apology. Then she accused me of threatening someone in her office and proceeded to hang up on us. I called John McGivney back. He seemed a little irritated to have to talk to me, however he was very polite and assisted us with finding another attorney to carry out my fathers wishes. He is not an estate lawyer and is unable to assist further. My father was very a loyal and honest man. He trusted Rubin & Rudman. I hope Richard Vigola and Dana Lewis have their affairs in order and I hope when they pass, their children and heirs experience the same pain, ignorance, disgust, turpitude, and suffering that they inflected on others. KARMA?

Our family could not have been more pleased with the guidance and professionalism shown to us by Rob Vigoda, Dana Lewis and the rest of the team at Rubin and Rudman. Making the decision to partner with them for estate planning was the right one indeed. We highly recommend them!

Neal Splaine is an attorney at this firm and I highly recommend you STEER CLEAR of this guy. The consequences of his lack of attention to detail, extremely...
