Eric Nielson and his staff were all Amazing. I went in for a consult, he allowed my daughter to be present on Skype, he asked me questions and listened to what we had to say. He helped me develop a realistic plan to move forward with. His Legal assistant told me exactly what documents I needed to gather and she was always prompt in answering my questions, she even let me bring in my papers and looked them over to make sure I had everything. Then I met with Eric one more time, on the day of the mediation. We discussed our plan and the outcome we were going for, plus a few things that we may have to be more willing to give the other party. The mediation actually went very smooth and quick and we pretty much got everything we asked for. He filed the papers before I even left his office and they were signed by the Judge and Final that same day.
