I would recommend this firm to anyone. From start to finish and in between they were there for me. They take great pride in what they do. I started out with Andrew Rossetti and from day 1 and made me feel comfortable and reassuring. As time went by my case was transferred to the hands of Anthony Medori with the firm. Anthony always answered questions without any hesitation. We had our challenges but he worked through them with no problem. I had a issue that came up and I called Anthony and he helped/referred the contacts that was needed out of state. I’m very satisfied with their service at this firm.

The attorney I worked with specifically was Anthony and he was very, very helpful. He took the time to meet with me and walked me through exactly what would happen. Whenever we spoke, he always asked how I was doing both with my treatment and just life in general, which really made me feel like he cared. Any questions I had were answered quickly and fully and he always kept me up to date with the status of the case. Anthony Medori helped me with a slip and fall case. Everyone in the office was more than helpful, courteous, and genuinely always there for me. Anthony and Andrew were realistic with me from the beginning and never gave me false expectations. What blew me away was the way Anthony handled everything when it was time to get down to business with everything to prepare to go to court. We originally were with another lawfirm who wasnt really doing much for us during the process so we decided to switch over to Rosetti & DeVoto. From the moment I had an initial call with Christina I knew we were making the correct choice in coming here. She spent over an hour on the phone with me prior to our consult. Then at the consult Christina Rosetti and Andrew Rosetti spent even more time with us, all while not knowing if we were even hiring them. I spent more time on that initial phone call with Christina than I ever got at the 6 months with the other firm. Christina was always attentive and responsive to any calls or emails we sent. She went above and beyond for us in that respect. Both Christina and Andrew were also friendly and personable. It made us feel very comfortable and made a stressful experience much more pleasant. We were very happy with our results as they were able to get us an offer within the range we were looking for. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and have already. Hopefully we dont have another accident, but I would use this firm again in an instant if we did.

I highly recommend the entire firm as Lou DeVoto was so easy to meet with and talk to when discussing the case and was a calming influence as well. Melissa Baxter was incredible to work with as she handled the case from start to finish and she kept me updated on everything and provided solid advice at every step as well. The decision to have Rosetti, Devoto, Medori and Baxter handle the case was the best decision that I could have made and I would absolutely choose them again if needed.
