Attorney Rossana Rolón-Grau was born in San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Humanities at RÃo Piedras in 1992. She obtained her law degree in 2003 from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas. As a law student, she received several academic honors, was named to the Honor Roll, and served as executive editor of the Law School Law Review.
