Thank you for emailing asking why i left the 1 star. This is why. The man is rude as ever my daughter fell inside wendys and has had a headache every since to the point were back in forth in children's seeing doctors . Told me my case wasn't worth it . Cut me off while i was talking to the point I said have a nice day. That's why I left a 1 star review. True definition of MONEY HUNGRY and RUDE. Learn how to listen to people or even offer someone else that might can help but to start telling me our case isn't worth it very rude .I would never recommend or use the firm. FYI my case was worth it to the next company.. THANKS FOR PUSHING US AWAY!!

He is the rudest human I have interacted with in quite some time. You don’t matter unless your $$$ slaps him in the face.

Robert berkun was very professional he was quick and notified me of anything going on with my case. He was also very thorough. My only complaint was that my settlement check was written as a personal check but other than that he was a great attorney would go through him again if anything ever happened to me. I also recommended him to family and friends.

He was extremely rude on the phone, did not want to help the client, was talking against them rather for them. He was extremely unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. He wasn’t helpful at all, I would never recommend anyone going to him, he is selfish and doesn’t care about someone in need of help, only cares about himself ! Way more & wayyyy better attorneys call!
