**RUN.** My experience with this firm was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, Tammy presents herself as warm, professional, and personable, making you feel confident in her abilities. However, the moment she received payment, everything unraveled. Communication became hostile—her team was rude and unprofessional during phone calls, repeatedly requesting documents I'd already sent, adding to the frustration. To make matters worse, I was left on an email thread where they openly spoke negatively about me. I eventually had to hire a new lawyer, and Tammy agreed to refund the remaining balance after deducting for the work completed. She claimed the check had been sent but provided no tracking information. Now, the check is well past its arrival date, and I’m being completely ignored. Given the nature of their practice, you'd expect a firm with this focus to show empathy and care—but this experience was a glaring reminder that they do not.
