if I could leave a negative score I would! if you decide to hire these people be sure to absolutely ask for a DETAILED itemized bill as with ANY lawyer, but then also be sure Briana Breault isnt partaking in "off the record" hearings that cant be referred to if YOU NEED anything from them! I would say there is some ethical issues that exist in such hearings otherwise why not "go on the record" but then when it gets thick leave a client high and dry? But thats what you should expect from someone who isnt accustomed to a good honorable fight that could be easily won! reminds me of a character in the movie saving private Ryan (pun intended) UPHAM

I believe writing reviews is a waste of time, but I would like to make an exception. I don't want to get into much detail but I was facing 2 years in prison. The office of Rion and Rion dissected my Discovery packet and kept their word and got it dismissed with out me even stepping foot in a courthouse, my family and I (J. M. K.) thanks you.

Would not recommend Patrick Zimmer. He does NOT listen and will talk over you and his communication is terrible. Can’t believe such a good law firm hired someone like him. 😞
