I am committed to defending the rights and interests of my clients. I provide legal representation in the areas of criminal defense and appeals. I devote my entire practice to these specialized areas of law. I handle APPEALS of criminal cases, in both state and federal courts in Idaho, and focus the majority of my practice on appellate work, including standard Appeals, Post Conviction and Rule 35 Motions.I will defend your rights and protect your freedom. I've been practicing law in Idaho since 1995. I now focus my law practice entirely on appeals and criminal defense. I graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1995, cum laude. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, cum laude, from San Jose State University in 1991. I am a proud Lifetime member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and have been serving on the board of directors since 2020. I am the Chair of IACDL's Legislative Committee and fight for criminal justice reform for Idaho. I also serve on the board of directors for the Idaho Justice Project, which seeks to bring about positive change in the criminal justice system in Idaho.
