My daughter Melanie was one of several lucky students who won The Spirit of Nevada award this year. I want to take a moment to thank The Richard Harris Law Firm for their generosity towards our community! Sam & everyone we met during this process was so kind to us. Participating in the contest was just for fun, but we were pleasantly surprised finding out she had won some incredible prizes. She’s overjoyed! We’re grateful that her wonderful teacher, who truly cares for and supports her students, was also included & rewarded in this experience. So, I have referred 2 other people here, and of course my case. In the past they were pretty damn good. The last person I referred, Natalie B., broke her ankle on the grounds of the property she lives in. Richard Harris law firm agreed to take the case. Everything went through the process and then nothing. No follow up calls, nothing. All of a sudden she gets notified that a smaller law firm has taken over her case. Again, not even a courtesy phone call. Unprofessional. I will not refer anyone else here. I know this is a great firm but to stop communicating with your client... not cool.
