I had very high expectations for this law firm. Since June 2024, I've had three different attorneys and paralegals. The first one left, and the second attorney, Adriana did nothing on my case. I had to reach out to her via email EACH TIME. (6 to be exact from Sept to Jan) Due to her not reaching out to me with any information on my case. Despite my having to reach out, I still got NO email response. As frustrating and overwhelming as it was, I had no choice but to call the office to schedule a call with her each time. This resulted in me having to be billed $100+ for every call!!! To make matters worse, it made my 90-day court agreement have to be extended. I had to be billed $875 for her lack of due diligence as an ATTORNEY. I had to change attorney and received a credit. My new attorney Chris was heaven-sent AMAZING! He was able to get one agreement to be in my favor. THANK YOU! However, still upset that the “credit” I was eventually given happened to be used up, and not expecting anything back. I was told by billing that they were just going to charge the difference and NO work was done after besides waiting for the court to sign off, even looking at the previous billings. Taking that loss for everything I filed and the 6,000+ I paid. I just am glad I at the VERY LEAST got one court agreement. And I no longer have to go back and forth with this firm. I will be sure to not recommend this place.
